I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist, Certified Deep Coaching Professional and a writer. I currently also a Mindful Self-Compassion teacher in training and studying Internal Family Systems Therapy.
I have worked as a psychotherapist for over 20 years in a variety of settings including a mental health charity, gp surgeries, a women’s centre, a hospice and in private practice.
My Spiritual Path
I went into therapy myself in my early 20s. Ever since, I have been working on getting out from under the weight of my painful patterns and allow myself to shine and be free. Many writers, teachers, therapists, clients, friends and many others have contributed to my personal and spiritual growth. I feel deeply blessed for all of it.
I have been a student of the Diamond Approach with the Ridhwan School since 2009. This is a spiritual school that blends profound spiritual teaching with modern psychological approaches to human development and human flourishing. I am not a trained teacher of the Diamond Approach. However, it is a significant influence on my work.
A Bit of Personal Stuff about Me
I am in my early 50s and live on the Norfolk Broads with my cat Fifi. I love to dance, potter, read, write and spend time with cool people. I am serial retreater and workshop attender and an expert in chilling out.
