“Rebellion is the act or process of resisting authority, control or convention”

Dictionary definition

In Spiritual Rebellion, what are we rebelling against?

Spiritual Rebellion is a quiet rebellion. We are resisting the authority of the inner critic. We are resisting any force that attempts to control or harm us by meeting it with integrity, strength and as far as possible heart. We are resisting blind convention and seeking only to know and embody the truth of things, the truth of our nature. We are committed to our growth, our awakening, liberation from our conditioning.

“Real spirituality is the greatest rebellion there is”

Osho

For the individual soul:
to turn towards our own personal and spiritual growth as a way of freeing ourselves from internal and external constraints, supporting us to more fully embody our deeper human qualities and personal potential.

For the collective consciousness:
a passionate rallying call to come together as a global community, to gather in local and virtual meditations, practice shared intentions, to raise the vibration, to rise up in love.

Engaging in Spiritual Rebellion includes

Meditating, practising mindful awareness, being curious, listening to the truth of your heart, learning from spiritual teachers, challenging the inner critic and inner rebel narratives and behaviour patterns, finding others on the spiritual path, self-reflection, journalling..

“The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion”.

Albert Camus
